We hate to see you go, but we understand life happens. We hope team ZŪM has given you the tools and information you will need to help you succeed and thrive wherever your fitness journey takes you. 

ZŪM is always striving to meet our member’s needs in creating a healthy and vital membership community. Any feedback you can share about your membership experience is greatly appreciated.

To cancel your membership please fill out the information below and submit back to Everett Lightcap, Membership and Sales Director (everett@zumfitness.com) by the 14th of the current month.

Any cancellation requests received AFTER the 14th of the current month will not be effective until the end of the following month.

Once this request is made you will be contacted by Everett for verification and approval, and you will also receive a confirmation when the cancellation process is complete.
