A boxing fitness class that is true to the “Sweet Science.” You will learn to punch and train like a boxer, using cardio and boxing intervals such as jump rope; medicine ball; bosu; partner focus mitt and punch drills and shadow boxing. A fast-paced and easy to follow full-body workout.
