Recover more quickly from hard workouts and gain full range of motion in this mobility focused class. Participants will work toward gaining more flexibility in their joints through body weight movements and spinal stability. Although this class is low impact and lower intensity than the majority of our class offerings, it is not necessarily “easy”! Be ready to learn about your body and enjoy a deeper understanding of how to ultimately achieve your fitness goals through (Mo)bility!
