TRX Strong

TRX Strong is a no-nonsense, 50-minute workout designed to give you the biggest bang for your buck. The use of the TRX combined with kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and plyometrics makes for an engaging, dynamic workout for athletes of all levels.
