Developed to provide a safe, progressive, and vigorous workout that teaches participants how to use their bodies efficiently, this engaging class combines full-body strength training, jumping and agility drills, and balance movements to make your body resilient to injuries and prepared to take on whatever recreational activities you like to enjoy. Our coaches modify the exercises and interval times to suit each individual so you get what you need out of each class.
