Fortitude and determination or “Mettle” is needed for this dynamic class. Members features seasonal workouts with an emphasis on one of the following: strength, power, agility, or cardio. All classes include elements of mobility, stability and balance. Learn to move safely and efficiently with grace. Fall: build a base of strength; get ready for skiing and winter hikes. Winter: fortify strength with power. Spring: prepare for summer with agility and full body resistance. Summer: stay lean with lighter weights and more extensive cardio movements. Each week will build upon the last, but you can jump in anytime!
