Drama is a sensitive, thoughtful instructor who incorporates many schools of yoga into her sequencing and practice. With her background in ballet, hip hop and lyrical movement, she guides her students to strengthen their body awareness and overall mind-body connection though intentional and focused movement that is matched with breath work. She works to help her students find the balance between effort and surrender.
