Jordan takes an evidence-based approach to training and believes that movement is a fundamental part of the human experience, just like breathing and eating. His personal motto is “Everyone is an athlete, no matter the age or fitness level.” His background lies in post-rehabilitation, where he worked with people from all walks of life.
It is his life’s passion to help people find joy and freedom in movement.
Jordan earned his BSc and MSc in Exercise Science from Western Washington University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a grad student he taught functional human anatomy and worked on private research while completing his thesis.
When he’s not poring over research articles or reading up on the latest fitness trends, you can find him rock climbing, skiing and mountaineering in the North Cascades.
