Whether you are a walker, runner, hiker, competitive athlete or simply exercising for stress reduction and health management, you will learn to move better in your own body when you incorporate these principles into your workout.
Born and raised in Seattle, Monique grew up skiing, biking, swimming, hiking and camping. Years of competitive swimming naturally led to competing in triathlons and obstacle course races. Mother of two daughters, Monique is experienced with pregnancy and postpartum fitness, as well.
