A PATH FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY TO RECOVERY & BEYOND

If you’ve ever been through Physical Therapy for an injury or a chronic pain and wondered “Now what?” the Bridge was designed for you. Returning to pre-injury you can be challenging, both mentally and physically. We do not believe a return to functioning is good enough, our goal is to get you back to thriving.

Participants of the Bridge are graduates of physical therapy who wish to transition from patient to full participant. The bridge picks-up where physical therapy ends, and allows former “patients” to get back to biking, lifting, running, skiing, trailblazing…their pre-injury selves.

Each participant brings with them their return to play planning and discharge program to The Bridge. Our trainer instructor then uses this information to be informed by it, and progress from it. While the workout is a small group training program, the work you will do is designed around your specific physical therapy work.

The bridge was designed by ZUM in collaboration with physical therapists and is led by our General Manager, Joe DeShaw who has an extensive background in moving people from PT to full athletic performance
