ZUM-2-U is our program of premium virtual fitness and mindbody classes taught the ZUM way, online, with Zoom video conferencing. With ZUM-2-U, you have maximum flexibility and minimum commitment with the great benefits of the our regular in-person classes:

  • Interactive form cues from your instructor in real-time.
  • Feel the camaraderie and group energy from seeing fellow classmates.
  • Follow our Class Tracks to pursue your specific goals, or mix and match the classes to your liking.
  • Take a class live in real-time, or follow along later at your convenience.

Our virtual classes are arranged into different programs called Class Tracks.

There are three Class Tracks in our Virtual Program:
