BUILD SELF-CONFIDENCE AND LEARN HOW TO DEFEND YOURSELF FROM PREDATORS
Our Women’s Self Defense workshops will help you become more aware and confident in your ability to avoid and/or get out of transgressions by sexual predators.
Join Seattle Police Assistant Chief Deanna Nollette and Jujitsu Instructor Kevin Lollis for their quarterly two-day workshops that give you the skills you need to assess your risk of being assaulted, understand the characteristics of predatory individuals, and learn simple, straight-forward physical self-defense techniques to escape in a hurry.
Kevin compliments the quarterly workshops with a monthly physical techniques refresher to practice the skills you learn in the quarterly workshop. For more information contact Kevin Lollis at firstname.lastname@example.org.
